We’ve partnered with some of the best lodges and camps in Botswana’s top safari destinations, combined with a luxurious stay at a beach resort in Mozambique. From the Okavango Delta’s game-rich plains to the Bazaruto Archipelago’s tranquil waters, each destination is carefully selected to ensure an unforgettable journey.

Over 12 days, you’ll embark on a journey that takes you from Botswana’s most famous safari regions to the pristine beaches of Mozambique. Begin with thrilling game drives and cultural experiences in the Kalahari and Okavango Delta, before unwinding on the white sands of Vilanculos. This itinerary offers a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and relaxation, ensuring a well-rounded and luxurious experience.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1-2: Mopiri, Panhandle Okavango Delta

Begin your family adventure with a light aircraft transfer from Maun Airport to Shakawe airstrip. A short road and boat transfer will bring you to the enchanting Mopiri camp. For the next two nights, immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the Okavango Delta.

Enjoy private boating excursions, nature bush walks, mokoro excursions, and cultural visits to a local village. Your family will stay in spacious family safari tents, offering comfort and a true sense of adventure.

Day 3-4: Nokanyana, Mababe Private Reserve

After a hearty breakfast, take a light aircraft transfer from Mopiri to Nokanyana Camp. Located in the Mababe Private Reserve, Nokanyana offers a blend of luxury and wilderness. Over the next two days, participate in exhilarating 4×4 game drives, nature walks, and a full-day safari in Khwai.

Experience close encounters with diverse wildlife and enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of this private reserve. Your accommodation will be in family safari tents, ensuring a comfortable stay amidst the wilderness.

Day 5-6: The Dune Camp, Private Reserve Bordering the Kalahari

Next, board a light aircraft for your transfer to The Dune Camp, situated in a private reserve bordering the Kalahari Desert. Spend two nights in family chalets, enjoying full board and a range of activities.

Engage with the local San Bushmen on a guided walk, learning about their ancient traditions and survival skills. Explore the vast desert landscapes on 4×4 game drives, offering unique wildlife sightings and stunning vistas.

Day 7-8: Chobe Elephant Camp, Ngoma/Chobe

Conclude your safari adventure with a light aircraft transfer to Kasane Airport, followed by a complimentary road transfer to Chobe Elephant Camp. Nestled in the Ngoma area, this camp offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure.

For the next two nights, enjoy morning and afternoon 4×4 game drives, a boat safari on the Chobe River, cultural visits to a local village, and canoeing adventures (for children over 12). Stay in family chalets, where you can relax and reflect on your incredible journey.

Day 9: Departure
